Please be sure the uploaded file matches the selected product's required dimensions, also the artwork is created in 300+ DPI with 1/16+ inch bleeds on all sides. Artworks can be submitted in both CMYK and RGB format, printing CMYK designs get more accurate colors, however, RGB artworks achieve more colorful prints in most cases.
Vector files always create higher quality printed results, so in case you have the artwork in a vector based PDF file, please submit that version.
100% K Blacks print a perfect black, and standard grays are always the best from K channel only. Rich Blacks and all channels in 100% will be converted to the upper limit of the maximum coverage of the selected media.
To avoid font issues, please covert all texts to outlines (create outlines -> CTRL-SHIFT-O in Adobe illustrator)
Please try to avoid using borders in your design. If a border is too close to the trim, the trim may be slightly off-center.
Not all Pantone® colors can be represented by digital printers/presses from CMYK combinations, however, our machines print pretty accurate colors, but we cannot guarantee them to be 100% perfect.
