Easy Return and Refund at StickerPla.net / StickerPlanet.ca
Return Policy:
We offer 30-day-no-question-asked return and exchange to all our Customers, however the original shipping cost is not refundable and the return shipping cost (and in case of exchange, the new shipping cost) must be paid by the customer. Returned items must be in impeccable condition. We do not accept used or damaged items. The return and exchange policy apply to every type of items, except the customized orders. If the package arrives damaged, our customer is eligible for restitution, and we will resend the order.
Refund Policy:
Apart from the shipping cost, our customers will be fully reimbursed if they wish to return their items. Once the returned items are received, the customer’s money will be refunded to their account within two days. Please inform us by email at sticker@stickerpla.net or sticker@stickerplanet.ca about any returns before you ship the unwanted item back.
